The “Read and Ascend – al Qirāʾāt al-‘Ashr Sughra & Kubra” course is for those who have completed Seven multiple readings and wish to achieve mastery in the science Qirā’āt. Students will complete the study of the remaining three minor (Sughra) Qirā’āt and then progress on to the ten major (Kubra) Qirāʾāt at an advanced level. The entire Qurʾān will be recited, and successful students will receive an ijazah with a sanad upon completion.
Course Objectives:
- Study the remaining three minor (Sughra) modes of Qirā’āt
- Study the Ten major (Kubra) Qirā’āt.
- Recite the entire Qurʾān in the 10 minor and major Qirā’āt

- Sughra – Al-Durrat al-Maḍīyah fī Qirāʾāt al-Aʾimmah al-Thālath al-Marḍīyah by Imām Ibn al-Jazarī
- Kubra – Tayyibah an-Nashr fī Qirāʾāt al-‘Ashr by Imām Ibn al-Jazarī
